Fun Stuff
Endeavor Charter School (Watertown, Wisconsin) -- 2.1.23
I had an absolute BLAST hanging out and talking writing and publishing with the students at Endeavor Charter School in Watertown, WI (my hometown). I spent an hour with seminar students who are using my work (among others) as part of their small-group essay writing unit (thank you Judy Mueller for including some of my work in your curriculum).

Afterward, I read and chatted with the larger Endeavor cohort, a FANTASTIC bunch of talented, unique students who are going to do great things in the world.
Magers & Quinn Booksellers (Minneapolis, MN) -- 3.17.22
Thank you Magers & Quinn Booksellers for inviting me to read and speak in your wonderful store. The crowd was fantastic, and I ended the evening by reading a St. Patrick's Day essay I'd written that morning. (I guess you could say it was a world premier!)

Always great to be with these folks. If you're ever in the Minneapolis area, please pay them a visit ... and then pay them for some books.
The Waters (Oak Creek, WI)
I had a great time with residents of The Waters of Oak Creek. I read some stories from I Told You I Was Dehydraed, and then we talked about the importance of our personal stories and how we can share them with others.
Art Lounge (Menomonee Falls, WI)
A great crowd joined me as I rolled out I Told You I Was Dehydrated at Art Lounge in Menomonee Falls. Thanks to Joe and Stacie, who were fantastic hosts, and thanks to all who turned out!
The Morning Blend (Milwaukee, WI)
Check out my appearance on The Morning Blend. Molly, Tiffany and the entire crew were so accommodating and friendly as we talked about my first book of essays, A Year In Words.
